Your Surveys not crediting

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the inconvenience, but YourSurveys isn’t crediting properly today due to some infrastructure changes on their part.

Conversions are being recorded but are not showing up due to our systems not recognising their IPs. We’ll have everything sorted out shortly and back credit everyone who received completes.

It also looks like settings on their end have defaulted and causing an issue when iframing their router.

We’re actively looking into these issues and hopefully will have they resolved shortly. So in the mean time focus on their API surveys, you’ll get credited soon enough!

Use this extension on chrome to fix router temporarily

There’s also this for firefox, but it’s not compatible with quantum

YS got back to us and confirmed their IP addresses so credits should be coming through properly now. They have yet to finalize their IP list, so there may be credits that don’t show up.

We’ll keep an eye out for these, as well as update everything once we hear from them. Everyone who has completed surveys yesterday but didn’t get credited should now see the appropriate credit applied.

They unfortunately didn’t get back to us on the router - yet. Hopefully soon, but if not we have a backup work-around in mind. :slight_smile:

For those that simply cannot wait, limitx’s suggestion (thx!) should also work.

Quick Update: Still no word on YS about the router loading properly in iframe, so our work-around for now is to have the router load in a popup instead.

We haven’t spotted any new IPs so things should be crediting back to normal now.
